What is Wild Workout®?

It is often asked, and people wonder, what really is Wild Workout®? Does it work? How well does it work? And most wonder - what really is it?

    Well, what Wild Workout® is, is it is a full body workout system. A full body workout system consisting of 45 incredible exercises covering every major muscle group from your head to your toes, broken into sections; The Chest, Abdominals, Spine, Neck, Back, Legs, Arms, Shoulders and Speed, Energy and Endurance. Each section contains the most incredible, muscle building, sculpting, toning, and shaping exercises for that muscle group of your body. There is no need to filter through 100s of exercises trying to find the ones that work well and the ones that do not work well, because Wild Workout® PowerFlex® contains only the exercises which work extremely well, keeping it simple, yet incredibly effective concentrating on 5 dynamic, muscle sculpting, fat burning, definition producing exercises for each muscle group and section found within Wild Workout® PowerFlex®, giving you the most out of your workouts! Wild Workout® PowerFlex® is also broken down into three levels. Level one is for the beginner and level three is for the advanced. Nobody has to feel left out, left behind, or discouraged if they cannot do what somebody else can, because each person can start at their own level and work their way up!

    The types of exercises contained in Wild Workout® PowerFlex® are safe, natural exercises that require ONLY YOUR OWN BODY! There are no weights, no machines, no pulleys, no bars, no bands, or no special equipment! They are bodyweight and self-resistance exercises taking your body's own energy and ability to bend, push, twist, pull, resist and sculpt the body you desire. Do not confuse PowerFlex® with isometric exercises (standing and holding a pose) because all of the exercises in PowerFlex® are filled with movement. From the exercises requiring only your own body weight (an example of a common bodyweight exercise is a pushup. In PowerFlex® we have an exercise that takes standard pushup and arranges it and tweaks it, making it more effective and awesome, and that is ONLY ONE of 45 exercises contained in Wild Workout® PowerFlex®). Other exercises found in PowerFlex® use your own body to provide your resistance in place of where a person would typically use a dumbbell, band, weight or machine to build a muscle group. The great thing about doing exercises while having your own body provide your resistance instead of a weight, band, bar, or machine, is all your energy is moving through your own body, staying within your body and instead of using all your might on a bar, band or weight, when you do the exercises of PowerFlex® not only are you working the targeted muscles but you are indirectly working the other muscles in your body which are providing your resistance. You also are able to do these exercises anywhere without the need of any weights or equipment.

    The inspiring motivation and uniqueness behind Wild Workout® comes from the ANIMALS! The most awesome, inspiring, strong, graceful, fast, agile creatures in the world are found in the animal kingdom! Yet, the animals don't use weights, they do not use machines, no drugs, no artificial enhancements, they only use their own body's energy and abilities and are always bending, moving, stretching, twisting, pulling, pushing, running, jumping, and Wild Workout® PowerFlex® takes the movements of the animals and puts them into our own exercises to build, sculpt, shape and tone our bodies! It is a very easy to follow yet effective routine, letting you learn and perfect the exercises found within PowerFlex® to let you be on your way to your ideal physique and becoming your own best personal trainer. Wild Workout® PowerFlex® teaches you how to structure your own routines with the exercises found within this workout manual. If you need a simpler way of understanding it, Wild Workout® PowerFlex® is like the alphabet. In the alphabet there are 26 letters, but those letters can be arranged to create 1000’s of words! Some words are big words, some are small words, some are meaningful words, some are simple words, all depending on the person and how they like using their words.
