Thank you so much for coming to our school!  That next morning on the bus, all the 8th graders were saying “did you do all of your push-ups last night?”  I think everyone is trying to do better with their eating and Flexercising.  At home, I am starting to drink more water, and use wheat bread in place of white bread.  I’m glad that there’s a system out there that doesn’t require you to lift weights.

Thank you so very much for coming to tell us how to work out properly.  You and your son helped me.  To be honest I actually went home and exercised a lot more and made better eating choices.  When you were speaking you were so interesting.  I don’t know of anyone who wouldn’t want to pay attention.  You made a huge change in my life.  I went home that day and told my parents everything you told me, and I think you made a change in their lives too.

Thank you for coming to our school.  You inspired me so that I can make a difference in the foods I eat and the exercises that I do.   I know that you have inspired the other students in our class as well.  Now we look differently on the things we eat and the other activities we do outside of school!  I think that it is wonderful that you spend bits and pieces of your life explaining to kids why they shouldn’t be doing something’s because it can ruin your health.  If there wasn’t people in the world like you who created new and different types of exercises, then people would be totally out of shape.  Some kids and adults can’t afford weights and gym equipment.  You have opened the eyes to others so that they know they do not need machines to gain muscles and be stronger.  Once again, thank you for coming to our class.  The people that listened to you and took your advice will be more fit and in shape a lot more than the people who didn’t.

Thank you so much for talking the time to come to our class and talk to us about staying healthy and fit. Ever since you and your son came in and showed us exercises I’ve been doing them.  For the past two weeks I’ve been doing push-ups, curl-ups, and leg lifts.  I can REALLY feel a difference in my body and feel stronger.  Also, I’ve been cutting out white bread and changed to wheat or whole grain and I eat more healthy and cut out junk food.  All I have to say is thank you and your Flexercise System it’s awesome!
